CONSCIOUS VINYASA YOGA

Informed by 15 years of Linda’s own dedicated study and practice, Conscious Vinyasa Yoga is a deeply intentional fusion of breath, attention and mindful movement. 

Inspired by the rhythmic breathing and focus of T. Kṛiṣṇamacharya’s Vinyāsa Krama sequencing, but less repetitive and more accessible than the original series, Conscious Vinyasa is appropriate for all levels and can be done by just about any one at any age with modifications and adjustments.

Equal parts invigoration and contemplation, the Conscious Vinyasa Yoga practice is a foundational, holistic yoga program that includes key postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices.  The online program is intended as a foundation to give you the confidence, stability and strength you need to practice regularly and eventually attend an in-person class or retreat. 

With regular practice students report improvements in physical strength, concentration and an overall sense of well-being. More than an exercise program, Conscious Vinyasa Yoga offers the tools and practices to live a conscious and awakened life.
