The second half of life offers a valuable opportunity for self-reflection and a reassessment of our desires and values. After years of fulfilling the responsibilities of family, career, and societal expectations, it’s time to recalibrate our sense of self and well-being.

While it’s true that our years bring with them the gifts of experience and wisdom, many arrive in the second half of life feeling flat or even burnt out, yearning for something yet lacking the inspiration to know what it is or where to start.

As a professional coach, I specialize in holding a supportive and confidential space of self-discovery to facilitate the natural process of personal growth and development.

As a trained Wellcoach®, my approach is to support you in unwavering and sincere presence, sprinkled with inquiries that foster clarity, direction, and insight. You’ll get clear on what you want and need, create a personalized action plan, and take the steps to progress with me at your side. You can expect our work together to generally evolve through these stages:

  • Discovery (session 1)
  • Envisioning and brainstorming (session 2)
  • Harvesting strengths, values, and motivations (ongoing)
  • Building an actionable plan (sessions 3 & 4)
  • Ongoing and evolving support (sessions 5-10)

During our time together, I’ll be your compassionate guide, supporting you as you learn to access inner autonomy and confidence. Even though I can’t be your coach forever, you’ll have the resources to keep progressing long after our work together ends.

As an experienced meditator and trained Instinctive Meditation® teacher, my approach is to hold space for you in non-judgemental and curious presence as we explore the profoundly dynamic and multi-dimensional terrain of meditation. We’ll create your personal toolkit of skills and practices and you’ll learn how to handle everything that comes up in meditation. Our approach will be uniquely tailored to your needs, in the tradition of the Instinctive Meditation® way:
